Loved the exchange denouncing the expression “Ignorance is Bliss”. This is so uncanny because a friend and I had a nearly identical discussion lately. It sounds like a 1984 mind control catchphrase, along with “Slavery is Freedom” and “War is Peace”. Very insightful observations.
